amrfinder not recognised by the diphtoscan

Hi mrethore, I am trying to use your tools for my samples. But the command fails with following warning: python diphtoscan/__main__.py -a diphtoscan/pseudogenomes/ Dependency testing /!\ Warning /!\ : amrfinder missing in path! Please help. I have installed the AMRFINDER in the folder diphtoscan still it is not reading the path to amrfinder. Please help me, I really want to use your tool. Thank you. Regards, Javaria
