several improvements from @rplanel thus allowing to display the confidence interval along w the peaks + display closer to the "classical" qtl2 one.

confidence interval is a metric centimorgan-centric == genetic map ; vs displaying lod profile as Mb is sometimes more helpful as a gutfeeling (especially for candidate genes approaches).

decision to be taken. propose both (on click, display one representation or the other?)
