After tracking, it add a new layer with the suggestion of track/segmentation correction.
The labels in that layer correspond to the suggestion of what should be the label of the cell instead. To accept one suggestion, <kbd>Alt</kbd> + Left click on the cell (label) to accept.
It will be updated in **all the pixels** (all the frames) where the suggestion layer is the label that is clicked.
\ No newline at end of file
EpiCure opens a `Tracks` layer in Napari that displays the trajectories of each cell (label) centroid.
:warning: This layer is very slow to update, so it is NOT updated at each action. A local version of the tracks is kept up-to-date with the modifications done, but not the displayed version. **To update the display to the latest version, click on `Update tracks`.**
## Do tracking
With the EpiCure `Track` panel, you can choose a tracking algorithm and tune its parameter. It's also possible to track the cells in an other software/plugins. In that case, the cells need to be labelled by their track number to be loaded in EpiCure. Cell divisions/merges will not be loaded from external tracks.
