To directly load the segmented cells from previously saved file.
Choose Load junctions from default file in the main interface to use this option.
This option allows you to directly load the labelled imagename_cells2D.tif file if you have saved it previously and read the cells from that file so that they will be ready to be used in the other steps. The plugin loads the default file and directly goes back to the main step choices, without showing you the loaded cells.
When the loading is finished, fishfeats will display briefly a notification indicating the number of cells that have been created.
