Adding TaxID identifier

Hello @bbrancot

Taking into consideration the reviewers' comments, and after discussion with the other authors, we would like to implement the NCBI TaxID into the database.

We think the most suitable way to do so would be to only use this identifier for hosts or viruses that already are associated with a NCBI ID in the VHRdb. The NCBI TaxID is linked to the nuccore ID, so it would be best to directly retrieve it that way to avoid any additional step for contributors.

Once it is added, we need to update others functionalities of the VHRdb to take these TaxID into account, particularly the search engine in order to allow users to search data for a particular host or virus through this ID, and the documentation as well.
