Improve display of long names in tables

Hello @bbrancot

Taking into consideration the reviewers' comments, and after discussion with the other authors, we would like to improve the display of long names in the VHRdb's tables, such as in Explore.

The name should be limited to a certain number of characters, which need to define exactly (15-20 characters). Users would need to mouse over the name in order to see full the full name. We would probably select only the 15-20 first characters, but taking the first 10 and last 10 characters might be worth considering.

Eventually, we could add a function in "Advanced option" -> "Rendering", that would make users able to switch between printing the full names or displaying the "short name" (which will be the new default parameter).
