default value for minimal volume (minimal_puncture_volume)

For now it is set to 1.0. In order to be equimolar, the volume of all plasmid can be raised so we do not take less than this minimum from an input plasmid.

Note that this value can be set to 0 for a user with

insillyclo config --global --dilution-minimal-tip-volume 0
