New restriction enzyme for golden gate : AarI

I saw in other tools that AarI can be used for golden gate assemblies, it recognition site is _CACCTGCn_nnn**|**nnnn.

It would be nice to have it in the menu when defining the assembly properties in Assembly Designer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
