DB_iP, DB_primer and Genbank files in user profile

Allowing users to upload on their profile DB_iP, DB_primer and their database of genbank files would simplify the use of InSillyClo. It would decrease the number files which are handled by the user, and make simpler the update of DB_iP and sequence database after each simulation.
