Create multiple pages for the help section

Needs to create a folder 1.help in the folder /content, and create file for each page, with a number 0.page.md to order them.

We would have :

1. DefenseFinder : how to run it online/offline
2. The Wiki what's in here
3. How to contribute to the Wiki
4. How to contribute to the code Web or DF
