Checkboxes in the Tracks panel not unchecked on page reload

Problem: On loading the fresh new file, some checkboxes may already be checked in the Tracks panel, while controllers' states were reset. This is especially clear with the "Included" checkboxes; if checked this way, on saving the labels, no file is created and a log message reports that no larvae were selected.

Steps to reproduce: Select a larva, edit the tags at a few timesteps, include the larva to be exported, and reload the page.

Expected behavior: Checkboxes are unchecked on reload.
