Keyboard shortcuts for assigning tags to individual timesteps
To manually tag quasi-stationnary larvae, tags/labels must typically be assigned on a per-timestep basis. Currently, the user must click on a label name in the select element, and then click on the forward (or backward) button; and repeat. This makes the manual tagging process slow and tedious.
The arrow keys (left and right) are no longer active after picking a label in the select element.
Proposals:
- Bind the left and right arrow keys to the time slider whatever the active html element is.
- Assign a unique keybinding to each label. On the individual larva view, a key press assigns the associated tag to the current larva at the current timestep, and then automatically steps forward. The Tag panel exhibits an extra column to let the user change these label-specific keybindings.
