If over limit (set to 1000), a link is provided to display the
information on a separate page.

This can be slow when updating hundreds of loci.
Also reset the button to say 'Show' rather than 'Hide' since aliases are
always hidden when called by AJAX.

Do the same for Datastore::get_locus_aliases.
These now count how many times they are called, and if >10 they will
retrieve all data and cache.
This has made the isolate info page display when calling 'All loci' for
~2000 loci at least 4x faster.

This works for isolates, profiles, profile_csv, alleles and
alleles_fasta.

Submitter needs to upload isolate records first including values for
'assembly_filename' and 'sequence_method', then make a separate call to
POST /submissions/{submission_id}/files to upload the corresponding
assembly contig files.

This is significantly quicker on large databases.

This is much more efficient than calling the PostgreSQL method to
