Use Celery to run analysis on Galaxy

Galaxy instance deploy with Planemo, running in Docker and added to docker-compose
Celery and Redis docker image integrated in docker-compose and K8s
Celery configure to work with Django
Create Celery task to:
- Upload file to Galaxy
- Running Job in Galaxy
Analyis model, serializer, viewSet, url nested in project
