Cross-project re-classifications

This version combines the re-classification procedures for Maxime's and Dylan's experiments.

Calling make launches the re-classification for the main classifier of each project only. The procedure for Dylan's experiment additionally involves a thresholding procedure that requires spawning more Slurm tasks.
