wGRR calculations based on clustering and protein families have been removed. Instead, an option to calculate the Jaccard index has been added.
Now calculates the Sorensen-Dice index.
Improved the screen output.
Now the valid awk path is passed correctly to the worker.
Added an option to restrict the analysis to a subset of elements via a file containing a list of elements id.
Set the MMSeqs2 sensitivity parameter to 7.5

Removed evalue filtering because some self hits might have higher e-values and the other filters seem to be enough.
