sample_size argument and check_larva_dataset_hdf5 function

In LarvaDatasets.jl:

• sample_size support in new_write_larva_dataset_hdf5 (which is default)
• check_larva_dataset_hdf5 function that prints a list of labels and corresponding counts
• labels argument can be a dictionary of regexes
