logging in should bring you back to the same page you have been on , just logged in

for the moment: you are logged out , on the home page; then you log in and it will bring you back to the page that you were on when last time being logged in
expected behaviour: stay on same page, just logged in; or being kicked off of that page when logging out and it's a restricted access MRI
