Make recap table for QTL peak and confidence interval

From peak calling results, prep the material so that one can get out of it table that contains the following:

• QTLid (say, QTL1)
• chr (say, chr1)
• peak marker (is a single-marker analysis), say UNCxxxxxx
• LOD, say, 8.65
• gen pos (xxx cM)
• physical pos (xxx cM)

and the very same for BIC-derived lower and upper bound markers:

• chr (say, chr1)
• marker (is a single-marker analysis), say UNCxxxxxx
• LOD : none (is CI)
• gen pos (xxx cM)
• physical pos (xxx cM)
