Revert "removed docx files"

Jacques SERIZAY requested to merge jaseriza/ggcute:devel into master

Tidy up everything so that ggcute can actually be installed by R, and loaded with library(). The docx files are still present but should go away at some point. A good place to put extended documentation is a vignettes/ folder with Rmd files.
