Resolve "Update scripts to use new `PUT` and `POST` to populate database"

Kenzo-Hugo Hillion requested to merge 55-update-scripts-api into dev

Needs to make sure also:

  • Deal with many to many relationships (for Gene <-> Function for instance)
  • Fix script to import KEGG to make the right source (currently making : unknown)
