Set of commits to be tagged v0.2

Changelog

• LarvaTagger app (LarvaTagger.jl only, no automatic tagging backends)
• "setvalue" field removed; users are instead prompted to confirm or set the assignment value
• body segment halves are labeled "left" or "right"
• editing mode actively disabled if no motor programs are available
• nginx logs suppressed in Docker images
