Copy labels from trx.mat files into corresponding label files

The import command/switch takes a new optional argument --copy-labels to import tracking data files with behavior tagging information so that the resulting label files replicate the tagging data.

This is expected to allow faster access to the tagging data, for example when indexing a database prior to building a larva_dataset file to train a new tagger.
