Mandatory switch to UNIX line endings in ANTIGEN_NAMES_TOP_8_Wxx.csv files before adding another alias for PvEBP there.

Fix the same issue as in preceding commits (hardcoded row numbers with respect to median / count data) but for CSV inputs.

Force reading Excel MFI input as text columns for to prevent bugs with pivot_long() use mixing together sample/antigen names (character) and MFI values (numbers).
