This project contains the latest PhageTerm software source repository (multi machine version).

A nextflow pipeline to analyze GWAS Summary Statistics with JASS. The pipeline execute:

clean and harmonize data with jass_preprocessing if specified impute data with RAISS create input data for JASS analyse group of trait with jass
