better handling of compound replacement in contributions
better display of compound cross-links
correct LE and LLE properties computation (and the resulting plot)
handle properly missing missing data for LE-LLE or PCA plots.
a few corrections on E2E contribution tests
a few improvements to architecture->complex logic in contribution wizard
