Draft a template and requirement checklist for how to write and review a defense system

It would be nice to have :

  • a template to guide how to write new defense system's page and to check whether existing pages matche
  • a how-to for how to write a defense system's page, like where to look for the information, what level of detail we want, etc.. (might go with the template
  • a check-list to help reviewer make sure that you have relevant info for a given page.
