Document zotero process

It would be nice to have some documentation about how we handle references. There are multiple steps that are not really intuitive (and should be at least documented).

• How to use references in the wiki pages : ongoing, see issue #124 (closed)
• How the zotero file is generated
• How can we update it
• How can someone external update it ?

So far, we have :

• export zotero file in json (but which json exactly @ftesson ?) With the betterbibtex plugin one can synchronize the file directly, so it might be a better intermediate step ? File should be sorted the same way so the diff is usefull.
• Whoever belongs to the MDM Zotero group can update it (send your zotero login to be part of it)
• For person external : they could create issues and provide at least doi and would manually add them to the group lib.
